About Marilyn Jean II


The Marilyn Jean II is a 70' party fishing boat and everyday we launch fishing excursions on the waters of the Atlantic Ocean and Jamaica Bay departing from Sheepshead Bay Brooklyn New York. Throughout the year we target a multitude of species on our fishing trips including Fluke, Flounder, Striped Bass, Weakfish, Bluefish, Sea Bass, Porgies, Blackfish, Ling and Cod.   We sail Daily on an open boat basis and tickets for fishing trips can be purchased in advance online reserve online or buy your ticket on board the boat the day of your trip. We offer special discounts for Senior citizens, children and groups.

The Marilyn Jean II is available for private fishing or cruising charters for groups that would like to have the entire vessel for themselves. The Marilyn Jean II is a United Sates Coast Guard Inspected party boat that is inspected annually and is certified to carry up 110 passengers. She is outfitted with the latest electronics in safety, navigation, fish finding and communication. Her twin 12 cylinder diesels provide plenty of power to keep travel time to a minimum and  generator provides the electricity to power her lights, stereo ,heat, microwave and other appliances.

We take pride in being the cleanest party fishing boat in Brooklyn and our crew works hard to keep our two cabins, sun deck, two bathrooms and galley looking and smelling great all day long.  All fishing trips include fishing rods, reels and bait. If you don't have your own fishing equipment or just don't feel like carrying yours we will lend you ours free of charge.  Fishing tackle (hooks, line,sinkers etc.) is always available on board.

We are conveniently located in the heart of the famous Sheepshead Bay Brooklyn fishing village just a short ride from the fishing grounds. We are also within just a few blocks of the NYC subway system (Sheepshead Bay road stop on the B and Q trains).  There is free and pay public parking right in front of the party boat. directions.
