Everyone ended up with some fish today but it was not as easy as it has been. We made a lot of drops and found just a slow pick on each. I think the full moon turned the Ling off a little bit today. High was Bobby with 18 but most had around 10 fish and we had one nice Codfish.
Friday 4/6
Tried some inshore spots this morning, and it was nice to see some big fish are starting to move in. We slowly picked away at the Ling in the morning but the size of the fish was quite large. We moved out into the deeper water later on, where we were able to drift and had much better action with mixed size Ling coming up all around the boat for the rest of the day. The life was much better today than Thursday and a nice cwowd of anglers all went home smiling.
